This 813ha cattle farm with excellent grazing has 6 separate cattle camps, each with its own water troughs for animals. Water supply is from neighboring farm and will be kept in place until new owner can drill own borehole. There are old boreholes not currently equipped.
Currently there is no Eskom electricity, but there is an Eskom point in one corner of the farm, so application can be made for connection or Solar installation to stay off grid.
The farm is fenced on three sides with 2.4m game fence and normal cattle fence on one side. Small fenced in areas for cattle count or loading purposes.
